Injection moulding

The injection moulding forms the most important part of Officina Dondini’s production.

On an extension of 1500 square meters, and 1200 square meters of warehouse containing raw materials and finished products, the production department has a rolling stock consisting of 23 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from a minimum of 20 tons up to a maximum of 300 tons.

The machines are equipped with robotic manipulators for the extraction of the pieces and conveyor belts. The molds used cover a range of printed products ranging from a few grams to 1 kg each. The monthly production capacity is on 3 shifts for 7 days a week. The production cycle allows the processing of 150,000 kg of raw material per month.
